CCIB Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations Program

Rise helps organizations prepare for certification through the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB) Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) Program. The PAIR Program supports organizations to advance and track progress with Truth, Reconciliation and Indigenous relations. Companies that meet the Program standards can receive Bronze, Silver, or Gold level certification. Organizations of all sizes and sectors can take part in the Program and seek certification. Rise has supported more than 20 organizations with Program participation and was proudly certified at the silver level in October 2025.

Organizations are required to achieve a standard level of results, based on criteria, across four pillars:

• Leadership Actions
• Employment
• Business Development
• Community Relations

Throughout the accreditation process, we walk alongside your organization to:

• Assess your current state and practices to identify strengths, gaps and opportunities
• Build awareness, knowledge and capacity amongst your team and leadership through workshops and learning sessions
• Build understanding and skills to open and nurture relationships with Indigenous communities, organizations, and Peoples
• Co-create a Truth and Reconciliation Roadmap which guides your organization to embed Truth, Reconciliation and Indigenous into your operations while meeting the PAIR Program criteria 
• Support you in preparing your PAIR submission
