• Creating partnerships with the business units to support Indigenous suppliers 
• Developing governance and organizational accountability to remove barriers for Indigenous suppliers 
• Increasing spending in terms of dollar values and the number of awarded contracts to Indigenous businesses 
• Facilitating learning and development for Indigenous suppliers about the organizational procurement process
