Supply Chain

We help create opportunities through our knowledge and experience in supply chain best practices, Indigenous business relationships and economic development. This can include discovering new Indigenous suppliers to work with across different categories of spend and increasing the participation of Indigenous businesses in sourcing activities.

Our relevant strengths include knowledge and experience in:

  • Enabling supply chain diversification and building relationships with Indigenous suppliers
  • Enhancing procurement policies, processes and contractor standards
  • Indigenous vendor engagement
  • Increasing contract awards to Indigenous businesses
  • Building procurement dashboards and reporting on progress

With a focus on Reconciliation, our team can assist with:

  • Creating partnerships with the business units to support Indigenous suppliers
  • Developing governance and organizational accountability to remove barriers for Indigenous suppliers
  • Increasing spending in terms of dollar values and the number of awarded contracts to Indigenous businesses
  • Facilitating learning and development for Indigenous suppliers about the organizational procurement process
Supply Chain

How this advances Reconciliation and Indigenous inclusion in our everyday:

  • Increased procurement with Indigenous businesses
  • Stronger accountability and leading practices in economic Reconciliation

Kind Words

“Rise led us through the discovery, knowledge building, and development of that work, and it has been a genuine pleasure to learn, listen, and engage with her and other Indigenous Knowledge Keepers, Elders and Advisors over the past year.”
