About Rise

Annie Korver founded Rise in 2013 to respond to the call to Reconciliation and advance Indigenous inclusion.

Our experienced team delivers advisory consulting services focused on Call to Action 92 and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples within each area of practice. We co-create and conduct activities and processes to advance Truth, Reconciliation and Indigenous inclusion in the corporate, public and private sectors.

Why Rise?

Our values guide us. We believe inclusion is about equality, based on trust, respect, and transparency. It takes time to understand each other in order to build meaningful relationships. Successful programs and initiatives rely on a dynamic connection of people, processes, and tools that work together to support the rising presence of Indigenous Peoples in Canada.

Kind Words

“Rise has led us through the discovery, knowledge building, and development of that work and it has been a genuine pleasure to learn, listen, and engage with her and other Indigenous Knowledge Keepers, Elders, and Advisors over the past year.”
